I am trying to connect my new smart dvd player (Samsung BD-J5700) to my older tv (LG 42PC5D). They both have HDMI cable in/out. I have connected the two with a HDMI ethernet cable, but the tv will not connect to the player, it just says "no signal"...I've checked and my tv supports: 1080i, or...
