Sorry for the late reply. You should consider replacing the fan, and also make sure you there is enough Thermal Interface Material between the CPU, GPU and heat sink

The Lenove B580 does run hot under load so there is not much you can do other than buy a cooler. I am not sure about what cooler it uses but I think it is one of the quietest cooler I have ever encountered. I think 47 Celsius is not alarming at all and the Temps will only go up as the work load...
