    Keyboard typing wrong characters.

    It sounds like the keyboard layout has change to anything other than QWERTY, but since you said that pressing S will give you "0.s" I don't think the problem is somehow caused by Windows language settings. Did you try to plug the keyboard onto any other USB ports on your computer?

    This is so god damn weird, how come you are so lazy that you won't want to press the button if you need to lift the lid? Anyway, there are some laptops which their power button are designed into a slider and put them on the side, you don't need to open the lid.
