    the white dot a broken pixel. You cant repair it. You have to replace the lcd panel or led panel to fix the problem

    there is no way to increase video ram even shared and windows will not rise unless its a very big increase in speed

    your cpu can run it but you will have to run at a lower resolution due to how much vram you have i wont be able to tell you how much fps or what setting your going to have to be on but lower graphics setting will give you more resoultion
