your cpu can run it but you will have to run at a lower resolution due to how much vram you have
i wont be able to tell you how much fps or what setting your going to have to be on
but lower graphics setting will give you more resoultion

I'm no laptop expert but I think you have two options you can:

1.) Check with Nvidia to see if it would work.

or

2.) Buy a brand-new laptop.

That's how I see it.
