Question HELP! I need a computer that meets the following criteria:

I have a Gateway laptop for school, which has worked so far. Unfortunately, for a course I need to download ArcGIS 3.1 and my computer does not have enough RAM, is too slow, and does not possess a few other requirements.
I am pretty nervous because I HAVE to take this course. I can't run the software, and I don't have a whole lot more than 2k to buy a computer with. I need help figuring out the best computer to buy for this so that EVERYTHING works with ArcGIS. I've included the required specs-- It is the diagnostic that was run on my Gateway.

Please help me find a computer that checks all of the required boxes for this! ...or even better specs because allegedly ArcGIS takes a lot out of a computer.

I have almost no experience with computers so I'm pretty nervous I'll purchase the wrong software, have to drop, and be out 2k.

These requirements would be even better than the ones I mentioned above...

1. Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or latest version
2. Processor: Intel Core i9 or AMD Ryzen 9
3. RAM: 32 GB or more
4. Graphics Card: Dedicated graphics card with at least 6 GB of VRAM
5. Storage: Solid State Drive (SSD) with at least 1 TB of storage
6. Display: Dual 27 inch or larger monitors with at least 2560 x 1440 resolution
