Yes u can. U might be able to play this on Medium and if u experience some lags, install the VGA drivers by nvidia specifically for GTA 5- nikdik

Will I be able to run GTA 5 with nvidea 210 graphic card , dual core processor 2.80 GHz and 2 GB ram
But my specs are Intel i3 4030UU 1.9 GHZ 4GB ram Intel 4400HD GRAPHICS 128mb I get a playable fps 25-30 Only stutters a bit in the city- nikdik
