how do i unlock my Galaxy Note 4 from 360 Security

I recently bought a Galaxy Note 4. I downloaded and installed 360 Security. it has locked my phone and i cant get passed "Enter Privacy password" (which its not recognising ). I tried using the "Draw Privacy Pattern" and that's doin' my head in!!! Please help before I lose the will to live!!

Factory reset the phone.
Off the phone
Hold all these buttons together
Power button+volume up+the middle key
And search for factory rest.
Use the volume key to go up and down and the power key to select

I will recommend you to visit your nearest shop because it is really a sensitive matter . If you don't know the proper way , then you must go to the nearest shop they will unlock your phone properly and securely.
