    Unable to Insert a USB in one of the 3 ports on my laptop

    I have a Dell i7559 with a 4k display,16gigs of RAM, GTX960m card. My laptop has 3 USB 3.0 ports. The left side has 2 of the 3 ports. So the second port on the left has a metal casing around the entry which prevents insertion of an USB. Can someone help me identify what's wrong with that port...

    Can anyone tell me why cant I use my 3rd USB port?
