i have klipschs4i ii headphone .. a very nice and loud pair of headphone that are loud on my iphone and my brother laptop , the speakers are also low and sound flat and i have the equalization enabled but they are till low and sound flat/muffled

i have a toshiba satellite C55-A running windows 8 , when ever there is any kind of sound .. music,netflix, videos ... ect the volume is very low even on the max volume , after googling this i found that disabling all audio effects helped a bit but it is still pretty low even with headphones...
