What exact model is your TV? Need to know all possible audio output options you have from your TV. At the moment, you are VERY limited by your speakers. Most likely need some sort of Surround processor between your TV and speakers.

If your phone and tablet are android devices, you can try the soundwire app from the Google play store. There's other similar apps on there as well. It streams audio over WiFi, from pc to phone etc.

I'm not familiar with your tv and receiver, but on my setup I have the option to output audio as pcm or Dolby digital. One would output as 2 channel and the other would output as 5.1 Dolby. Check your tv's audio output settings for something similar.

Looks like you can move your games to the sd card to free up space on your internal storage .

On the desktop version of shadowplay, you can go to settings to change it's save folder. Check to see if there's a settings on your shield tablet.

You don't need to use the digital converter since you have a smart tv, because it has it's own tuner for over the air channels. Just connect to your tv's optical out, to your soundbar. Should work. If not, you may have to enable it in your tv settings.

It could be as simple as going into your tv's audio settings and enabling audio output from your tv. That's how my tv is, but I don't use the tv speakers though. Don't like how it sounds mixed with the ht speakers.

Just to make sure, you aren't confusing rca (red/white/yellow) with component (red/green/blue) are you?

If you don't have hdmi arc or any other audio outputs in your tv, then you'll only get audio to your soundbar from other connected devices. You won't get any audio from standalone tv viewing.

With your laptop still connected to projector via hdmi, make sure your speakers are plugged into the correct audio output. Play a video file. Open your sound settings from control panel. Check to see if it's trying to output audio through hdmi or your speakers. I have a feeling it will show up...

Perhaps you mistakenly changed your audio settings, or there was a update that reset your settings. Double check your settings first.

Also, since your surveillance system is limited to rca, that probably means your camera isn't hd anyways. Time to upgrade?

You can get a converter that supports enough of your non hd devices and hope that you'll like the upscaling results.

Okay, anything that's plugged into an hdtv or hd monitor via sub-hd inputs will look blurry and ugly. rca is bad, you need component or better inputs.
