Z506 5.1 through TV?

I currently have my Z506 system connected to my TV through RCA. I read that you cant get ture surround sound with RCA. What do I get to make these speakers true surround sound through my TV?

I have a In non smart hi sense TV. I have a chromecast, Xbox one, a long HDMI cord connected to the TV from PC, and RCA cables from an old console.
On my speaker I have an RCA (white and red) to 3.5mm jack adapter that I plug into TV audio out for sound. I use the aux cord for my laptop.

What exact model is your TV? Need to know all possible audio output options you have from your TV. At the moment, you are VERY limited by your speakers. Most likely need some sort of Surround processor between your TV and speakers.

There is 1 USB, PC in, 3 hdmi ports, headphone jack, digital output, and the 5 colored component outputs.
