When i press the power button, the screen goes from pure black to somewhat lighter black for a fraction of a second and returns to pure black. Also nothing can be seen when flashing a light source so i guess it not related to backlight. I have given it to a service center and they have returned...

Internal display of my lenovo g500 is not working. When i connect to external display it is working. The screen is off from the starting (no boot screen also). I tried switching on with only ac adaptor and also tried removing RAM but with no results. Someone please help

I have a lenovo g500 laptop. The display is always off (no boot screen). When i connect an external display, it is working. I have tried turning on the laptop with only ac adapter and also tried removing memory sticks but with no results.
