happens when plugged in and also when on battery cpu is regulary 65 and sometimes peaks at 98. (celsius) ram is about at 35% and hdd is mostly very low at about 5% max

did it and also did factory reset and still no help.. when the laptops doing some "heavy" work the gpu usage drops and so does the speed from 2.8 ghz to 0.4 ghz tryed opening the laptop and clean the fan but everything was already squeaky clean. any ideas what to do?
