    HP Laptop takes several attempts to boot.

    Looks like you soft-bricked it. The best way to fix this is to do an ATX reset. To do this, you will need to hold the power button for thirty seconds with the battery OUT and not plugged in. You can also remove the BIOS battery (I think thats it :P) and try again. Look on YouTube how to do this...

    So, I have a problem with my AMD Radeon HD 8610G.

    It runs fine, and can handle almost all of my games. When I originally bought this thing, it advertised 4 gigabytes of VRAM. That was true but I did not realize only 785 megabytes were dedicated. I would go into BIOS and up it there, but since I have a laptop, it was locked up. Overclocking...
