    The frequency doesn't necessarily matter all that much considering that Intel's single core performance destroys AMD.

    Choosing between those, go with the Intel processor. Intel is better than AMD in every way possible performance wise.

    The Nvidia graphics should be used, if you want to be sure, go to your Device Manager and click Display Adapters. Then click the integrated graphics and click disable by clicking the computer icon with the down arrow.
