    A Good beginner DSLR/Mirrorless Camera.

Used Nikon or Canon will be the cheapest option, and the one with the best selection. If you want to save on weight, M43 might an idea, as their lens-selection is quite big now. But the cost to picture-quality will increase. The newest M43 I have is the G80/G85, and it's great. But it's not...

    ATH AD500X vs ATH-M50 X

Depends on whether you want open headphones or not. If you are going to be using them outside, or your listening environment is noisy, I would probably go for closed. I prefer open headphones wherever possible, myself. I have tried the ATH-M50 (non X, but still the same sound). They are...

    Headphones for Music/Gaming under 200

I'm going to copy/paste something I said in another thread: "For the price, you could maybe try the HD579 from Sennheiser: https://en-us.sennheiser.com/audio-headphones-around-ea.... If you want to save money you could try a cheaper model, such as the HD569...

    Headphones-One-Ear Left Side

You are correct. Halfway plugging in the connector will only give sound in one earpiece. Maybe your port is worn.

Solved! Wireless headset that doesn't sound terrible ?

Beggars can't be choosers, indeed. Hopefully they will work without major issues, and if they don't, there will probably be better options down the road. But if you want wireless headphones now, and not in a few years, there aren't many options that seem as relevant as these. Cheers.

    Microphone picking up everything

Unless you use a directional microphone or have a cardioid pattern where no unwanted soundsource is within the pattern, a lose microphone that is not right in your face will pick up everything around you. That's why studios have soundproofing from external sounds, and certain sound damping for...

    New pair of headphones?

For the price, you could maybe try the HD579 from Sennheiser: https://en-us.sennheiser.com/audio-headphones-around-ear-stereo-hd-579. If you want to save money you could try a cheaper model, such as the HD569: https://en-us.sennheiser.com/around-ear-headphones-stereo-mic-hd-569, but it won't...

Solved! Wireless headset that doesn't sound terrible ?

I don't have any personal experience with the RS 185 or 195, but I have used many wired Sennheiser headphones, as well as read quite a bit about the models on Head-fi. Sure, nothing compares to hands-on experience, but before I bought my headfi-setup, I spent a larger part of my sparetime for...

Is the ratio of value and power between a pc and a laptop getting better or worse?

Depends on the price-segment. You can have very cheap laptops, which perform horribly, but can be compared to very poor and old stock left in stores. You also have fat gaming laptops which, if on special offer, can be close to a mediocre desktop. But again, the odds of getting more power for the...

Solved! Wireless headset that doesn't sound terrible ?

I can't really help you with a wireless mic, but Sennheiser RS 195 is supposed to be among the best, if the not THE best, wireless headphones that are currently produced. https://en-us.sennheiser.com/audiophile-headphones-wireless-digital-over-ear-rs-195...

Is the ratio of value and power between a pc and a laptop getting better or worse?

If you want a slim laptop, then yes, you will pretty much pay twice the price for the "same" performance. If you are willing to get a fat, heavy laptop, there are some decent value laptops out there. But don't forget that a laptop-screen can be worth several hundred dollars in itself.

    Best Headphones for £80

Not having tried the Grados, I can't tell you about them any better than you reading about them on head-fi would. But have you tried a good equalizer software? For music and movies, this could make a big difference. A decent amplifier would probably help with getting the headphones enough power...

    Best Headphones for £80

I agree with ssddx in that buying new headphones in the same price bracket would not necessarily yield "better" sound, merely different sound. If you like what you hear, maybe you should save up and try the HD 598? Getting a decent amplifier is also not a bad idea. Modding them is indeed also...
