I have a RCA Pro12. Why does the wifi symbol blink and/or disappear? Is there a way of fixing this? Thank You 🙂

Hello I have a nextbook 11.6 NXA116QC164 5.0. I Haven't used in a long time, took it out the other day. Its very slow, everything shuts down, have done numerous resets and nothing works. Was told it needs up todate firmware. Any idea what I can do to update it? Hate to not be able to use it. ?
