Same problem

Google app caches all cleared. Noticed that Force Stop and Uninstall Updates in Google Play Services were grayed out.

Haven't installed anything recently but let me clear out the caches. Will get back.

AccuRadio, YouTube work

Yes. Tapping the Chrome button gives me the message " You are offline. There is something wrong ... etc". Tapping the Google button gives me the message "Can't reach your feed at the moment" or "Can't reach Google at the moment". Can't access any Google apps. Google+ is a blank screen I have gmail.

My Moto G can't access my Google account. When I try I get a message: "Can't reach your feed at the moment". This has been going on for two weeks!!
