    Charger was plugged in but not charging

    When i turned on my laptop i realize that my laptop is not charging. I checked the plug as it's still new. Everything was plugged in and powered. The charging indicator light is not on as well. What should I do? Laptop Asus K451L.

    Shut down during login screen

    I got a Asus k451L from 2 years ago, and recently it auto shut down due to over heat. But now it auto shut down at the login screen even it is not hot.
