How did you brick your ipad (This site does not support hacking or modifications)? I would focus on trying to get your ipad to work rather than trying to transfer your data. There are hundreds of different tutorials on how to unbrick your machine just try to follow one of them.

Why did you mark this as a question? Also that sounds extremely difficult to find all of those things in a laptop at a price like that. Can you buy used laptops?
