I have a Acer aspire(5741g) laptop . When try to turn on it .the laptop shows me a moving cursor with black screen before startup . I tried to boot in safe mode but it is not starting . I have everything startup repair, system image recovery,safe mode with networking and etc. But all in vain ...

I can see my HDD in system image recovery / advanced option . Can you please tell me how to reinstall windows without turning on laptop .. When I tried to reinstall windows it shows me no drivers found.
