When I watch Youtube or stream some video it stops and load every few seconds. What should I pay attention to on numbers on gpu and when buying laptop? I thought the processor and RAM memory would be enough to stream but obviously it is not only that! Maybe I could instal one more 4 GB RAM...

I bought Hp655 laptop with AMD E1-1200 processor, 4GB RAM and HD videos stutter. Can this laptop play HD video at all or I will need to return laptop or there is solution? Thank you.
