Hd video stutter

I bought Hp655 laptop with AMD E1-1200 processor, 4GB RAM and HD videos stutter. Can this laptop play HD video at all or I will need to return laptop or there is solution?

laptop have a weak integrate gpu, using share memory. are you watch dvd? youtube?
get a better one if you can.

When I watch Youtube or stream some video it stops and load every few seconds.

What should I pay attention to on numbers on gpu and when buying laptop?
I thought the processor and RAM memory would be enough to stream but obviously it is not only that! Maybe I could instal one more 4 GB RAM slot?

I will return it then if GPU is the reason.

If steaming, could also be your internet speed. try fast.com and see what your download speed is.

I need to reply to this last one just to clearify something. No offend and thank you for help, but if problem was so simple that Internet speed is the problem I probably won't get so much attention to this and register on forum and ask people for help. Those simple answers should be in post scriptum after real solution offered. It saves time on both sides.

Like, hey guys, I have no sound playing my video and someone says: "Press the mute button! It should work after that!" Heureka, Columbo!
I mean, are those guys serious or what? I know there are a lot of problem solutions simple as that but just in case, put those in POST SCRIPTUM if you have to, please!
