Just to be pedantic- what would be your guess for the most likely other cause besides dust?

Thanks for the help. I just realized that I might not have made myself clear about the vents thing- hot air is only coming from the right side of a single set of vents. Would this be dust too?

Oh ok. Do you have any thoughts on the vents issue? Dust too? p.s. not sure if relevant but I'm already using a cooler
