Oliver 1060 performs the same as 980m. Exactly 100% the same.

Problem the screen and battery in that laptop are garbage if you look at reviews.

Im not sure how world of tanks would run in the 950m at ultra considering 960m is too weak and manages at 1080p 23 fps on ultra. As to suggestions I would recommend bare minimum of a 960m but better would mean your dad would get a lot more lifespan out of the laptop.

You will want more than a 940, world of tanks is a good bit intensive on the gpu when you use hd textures. Not as much as other games but I do know star wars is cpu intensive. Wow could run on a potato.

Took care of the issue, booted it a day wiped the hdd used cloning software to basically move and resize the entire partition to fit the ssd. Works as if nothing was wrong in the first place. Macrium reflect is a wonderful piece of software.

I have to give this one to the asus unit as msi has shit cooling, and a really poor warranty no upgrades untill you have no warranty.
