i remember i had installed the drivers for usb 3 (Renesas(NEC) USB 3.0 Driver), but is there another specific one you mean?

usb 3 ports not working

Hi, My desktop pc motherboard (gigabyte ga-h55m-usb3) has usb 3.0 ports but they're not working. There is power on them (my phone is charging) but usb devices are not working such as keyboard, mouse etc. Anybody has an idea about that?
