As my title reads, I'm looking for a laptop (preferably windows 8 w/ touchscreen) that can handle the task of editing GoPro videos. My only other notes are that I would like it to be a full quad-core i7 (not clocked-down for battery conservation) and my absolute top budget is around $1500 USD...
