Fake 'Grand Theft Auto V' Torrent Spreads Malware

Can a company come out with a unified-non-abrasive DRM already? Steam is damn close, but non steam games don't have the DRM Valve games do.

santfuDon't use or give gift cards. Most are never fully spent it's just free money for companies. Give real money instead, can be used anywhere for anything! A lot of states are now actually giving you cash if your gift cards are less than $5.00. California has to redeem for cash if less than...

Verizon Intros New Budget-Friendly, Prepaid Plans

hoofheartedI am on straighttalk as well. What I don't get is how straighttalk can undercut these guys and yet, straighttalk is sitting on AT&T and Verizon's network. How come Verizon and AT&T let Straighttalk do this? Not that I am complaining, just curious as to why. Because StraitTalk is...

Benchmark Your Android Device With Epic Citadel

This mobile engine seems to be VERY GPU dependent. On my ATT S3 there is ZERO performance increase going from the stock 1512Mhz to 2106Mhz. Couldn't get over 35FPS on High Quality.

Wonder how long before Apple blocks this. God forbid someone does something superior to what Apple offers, then they call it inferior.

VIDEO: BlackBerry PlayBook Running iOS Apps

I already thought about doing this with Android apps a couple years ago. Download the Android SDK, and run said app in the SDK, and you have a Android app player for Windows. But the problem is getting said app in it's packaged form. But it's extremely doable. Basically what this guy is...

    VIDEO: A Walk-through of Nintendo's Wii U Controller

I have 3 big issues with the walk-through video: Playing up the D-Pad from the NES days. Playing up the A, B, X, Y buttons from the SNES days. Lastly, saying that rumble has been standard since the N64. Umm, no. Rumble was not standard with the N64. It was a Rumble Pack you had to BUY...

Sony's Wipeout Built In The Real World?

OMG.....this video is soooooooo old. Remember this from a couple years ago. I am glad though, that Toms talked about how there is talk around the net that some of this might be CGI, if not all of it. The concept is fully plausible. I am not going to do the research, but running currents...

This is What Happens After You Hit 'Send' On a Gmail Email

jamessneedI want to see what happens when I hit delete. That copy of my email that passed through all those security measures is surly deleted and not kept forever. They would like you to think that. Just like when you delete a Facebook account. They would like you to think it's COMPLETELY...

Smartphone Users Less Aware of Lack of Privacy in Public

I would love to know the age groups of this study, plus the percentages of each age group whether they have a "smartphone" or "dumbphone". But this study I think is all moot because inconsiderate people, will always be inconsiderate people. Twenty Five by the way. I am still on the...

Wozniak Likes Windows Phone Better Than iOS, Android

Silly BootsGetting lost in Android? I've been using my Android phone for two years without "getting lost" once.Don't really know what he's talking about. As in "getting lost" in the user experience and forgetting that you are using a device and just interacting with the interface. I have never...

E-Paper Wristwatch Collects More than $4.5M on Kickstarter

You must be someone who doesn't wear a watch. I am the type that takes it off for NOTHING. Yes, that means shower, sleep and sex. I don't remove it from my wrist unless I absolutely have to, which has been zero up until my recent job. Been a Timex guy since I was 12. So that is 13 years...
