    HDD not getting detected on usb 3

    WD elements 2 tb hdd not getting recognised to usb 3 but works normally on usb 2. Even the light is on but doe not blinks. Moreover other hdd gets connected and gets recognised to both the usb 2 and usb 3.

    WD 1TB External HDD not working on USB 3.0, But works on USB 2.0

    I'm facing the similar problem with my WD Elements 2 TB HDD. It's not getting recognised in usb 3 but is working normally on usb 2. The led light is on but not blinking on usb 3. Moreover I tried with Seagate external HDD and it got recongnised to both USB 2 and 3.
