Unless you are trying to connect to your own network you can't connect to them that's why people secure their WiFi so thieves don't steal Internet. Go to McDonald's, or Walmart and use their WiFi legally

I have been and still am using Acronis, why don't you just "boot" from Acronis recovery cd (you will have to burn it from your system) then run back=up and create a system image on the systems own hard drive you can also make a image on a USB drive also, depending on the amount of programs...
