Unless you are trying to connect to your own network you can't connect to them that's why people secure their WiFi so thieves don't steal Internet. Go to McDonald's, or Walmart and use their WiFi legally

If you have access to the wi-fi router (and it belongs to you) then check the back or underside to see it the password is printed there. Go online and search for the default password for that router. If that has been changed you can hold in the router reset button for about 20 seconds to reset the password back to default. Once you're connected, set the password to something other than the default password.

The password is in the router. Unscrew the whole thing until you can directly access the PCB, then connect to it with your phone via the supplied charging cable to transfer the password.
