    Laptop under $1100

Do you mean 3D rendering? Assuming 2D, I can't get on a good Canadian laptop site...but here's some things to look for: A decent CPU like an i5-6300HQ (or higher, if you'll use the extra threads for rendering). At least 16GB of RAM, A solid state drive, at least 250GB, for windows, your...

    Asus K75VJ - Upgrade CPU

Hmmm...that's a first. Keep in mind, double a passmark score (which is going to actually use those extra cores), does not translate to double the gaming performance. Especially for the price you'll pay. I'd still recommend saving your money, or investing in one of those alternatives before...

    Asus K75VJ - Upgrade CPU

It's kind of moot, because you can't upgrade a laptop CPU either way. (Edit: Apparently you can. See below.) But in general--you may notice a difference in some games that are optimized for quad-core CPUs, but you're going to hit a GPU bottleneck way before that happens. If you're going to do...

    Asus K75VJ - Upgrade CPU

Usually, the only upgrades you can make to a laptop are additional memory, or swapping out the hard drive for a solid state drive (SSD). I don't know of ANY laptop brands that allow you to upgrade a CPU. Even if you could, I'd save your money. If you want to make an old laptop feel snappier...

my laptop is vaio vpceb3f4e can i run GTA 5 on my laptop

This article's a little dated, but check it out: http://www.hardware-revolution.com/9-best-budget-gaming-laptops-under-1000/ Otherwise, just look for something with at least a 840M or AMD equivalent "Dedicated" GPU, and at least an i5 CPU.

my laptop is vaio vpceb3f4e can i run GTA 5 on my laptop

I doubt it would run very fast with intel Integrated graphics. You'd want something with at least a cheap dedicated video card (GTX 840M)to get 30 + FPS at medium settings.

Low-end gaming laptop for playing WoW and stuff like Google Hangouts

Slightly faster CPU/GPU, higher res screen, $100 more from ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232376&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10440897&PID=3067296&SID=

Low-end gaming laptop for playing WoW and stuff like Google Hangouts

Well, WoW tends to run best on Intel CPUs, and anything with a dedicated video card will go a long way. Ideally, a lower end i5 and a GTX 840 would be a good target. ACER and ASUS have models in your price-range...

    which graphics cards is better.

Yeah, considering it's an "older" game, that laptop should blow it away. If anything, you could save money on a cheaper model. If you have money, try going with an "SSD" or "Hybrid" storage option to speed up windows and game loading times.

    which graphics cards is better.

950 is newer and faster than a 840, but for the sims 3, you probably wouldn't notice the difference. I wouldn't base my choice on the GPUs alone.

    gaming headset ax 180!

What port on the computer are you plugging the headphones into? If it has front ports, there should be one clearly market for headsets. If it's in the back, you should be plugging into the green colored one. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed sound device. You can look it up on...

    Lenovo Y 50 Help

If we're comparing a i5 with the same speed i7, then the extra hundred dollars won't be worth it for WoW. You're only adding Hyperthreading, which is like having 8 "virtual" cores, while WoW is probably making use of 2 cores, max. Those new models will be more demanding on your Graphics Card...

Upgrading RAM on Pavilion G6 2005ax laptop

I don't think either would work, as that laptop only officially supports "1.35V" RAM. (see the bottom row in your table). Refer to this thread: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Hardware-Upgrades-Replacements/Memory-upgrade-for-HP-Pavilion-G6-2005AX/td-p/3258033 Recommend a Crucial brand, 1.35V...

Do you use : No Antivirus , FREE Antivirus , or PAID Antivirus and why?

Also, you can look into AV tools that install to a USB Thumb Drive, which should let you run from the drive without needing to install anything (which could be blocked by a very badly infected PC). Check out PortableApps.com There's also boot-able AV ISO's (Like Hiren's BootCD) which you can...

Do you use : No Antivirus , FREE Antivirus , or PAID Antivirus and why?

For those of you having issues with the annoying pop-ups in Avast!, you can dig into the settings, and configure only critical pop-ups to display. You can set the rest to "disabled" or "0 seconds", I forget which. Most of the other annoying "you're getting this software for free" stuff can be...
