i can access the F2 & F12 option,but after that it loads the same,,

my dell inspiron n5110 laptop is running W7..before it is running ok,but after i log out, the next time i cant open again, when i switch on it will run until the dell logo with loading bar below, but after that it will turn black for a second and restart loading again and again,,,i cant boot...
