i cant reboot my laptop

my dell inspiron n5110 laptop is running W7..before it is running ok,but after i log out, the next time i cant open again, when i switch on it will run until the dell logo with loading bar below, but after that it will turn black for a second and restart loading again and again,,,i cant boot thru safe mode also even if i keep pressing the F8,,,anybody can help me what to do??thanks in advance!

Can you access BIOS options? If so your hard drive probably crashed. If not your motherboard probably died.

i can access the F2 & F12 option,but after that it loads the same,,

if your hdd is still detected correctly on the bios, then most likely you have errors on your windows bootsector or some othe bcd related corrupt. try making a windows 7 recovery disk/thumbdrive, boot into it, and run the automated error recovery feature.
try googling on how to make a bootable win7 recovery disk/thumbdrive.

*ps. a windows 7 installation disk also has the same recovery feature, so if you have one just boot into it.
