Youtube buffering: 1080p to 1440p/4k
I got some more information about my problem. http://prntscr.com/d6y2jr when ever I put the video to 1440p or higher, the buffer health almost halves, and the connection speed increases slightly. At some point, the dropped frames cap. Like, it gets stuck at 0/1635- RatchetFire

Youtube buffering: 1080p to 1440p/4k
Whenever I watch a 1080p video, it runs smoothly and never buffers, the gray bar leaving the red bar in the dust. But as soon as I switch to 1440p or higher, only recently, ive been stuck in buffering hell.- RatchetFire
