Yup, they are in sync when I import. And audio and video are 2 separate tracks. Source recording is 1 channel, so I'm duplicating the audio channel to get stereo output. (I did try rendering without duplicating, rendered vid is also out of sync)

Probably asking you to use a SIM card from a network different than that which the phone was locked to. To verify that the unlock works. Why'd you unlock your phone if you don't intend on putting in a SIM card?
