    Dear Oldguy67890, I have no solution but I have a SX2801 Gateway with a dead CMOS battery and by looking at the location picture of the CMOS battery, mine will be under the DVD Drive/player and now I need to find out how to remove the dvd to access the CMOS battery...this may be the same...

    Upgrade a 233 gig 5400 rpm to 7200 rpm 500-1T for my laptop?

    I am looking to upgrade my Toshiba Satellite C655 from a 233 gig 5400 rpm to a 7200 rpm 500 to 1terra , is this possible and will it improve overall performance? also are there any limitations created by the motherboard?
