optane is only usefull if you have ssd AND and another empty m.2 (FOR HDD CACHE) OR when you're fine with 118GB of space. Best way is to get solid SSD m.2 like samsung 970 or any other that you can use as boot drive. Don't fixate yourself that HDD + optane is best way, Its accually SAME crappy...

There seems to be driver issue. From where did you download those drivers ? download from here: https://www2.razer.com/gaming-systems/razer-core-updates each time full clean install and reboot between drivers. check out if you don't have any specific driver utilities

did you check another charger OR same charger on another laptop ? Even OS can block charging so we need more details. OS version, is it oryginal charger, did it fall or something, any issues before ?

About that month, I think they might have overtightened one side and have it loose on the other. it would puke all paste to one side of cpu OR gpu and make this problem very soon.

well looks like DEAD battery. Do you have any way of checking it ? second part of problem is weak power brick, moment something want more wattage, things go south. open BIOS and try to stay there. GPU will not power up, should not turn off at all.
