Dell Inspiron Laptop fails to shut down
I am unable to power down my Dell Inspiron laptop. Previously I would use the Windows icon (lower right corner), then select Power, then select Shut Down. Nothing happens. So I pushed the power button on the laptop. Again nothing happened. Any suggestions?- redheaad
