I did many scans but nothing is ever found for this particular virus I tried malwarebytes, Kaspersky TDSSKiller, Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit, Avast Scan, its strange that avast considers this file as a adware,virus but even if I get the option to delete it it pops up later for example in 3 hours...

so basically I was getting this virus pop up on my avast antivirus i went to check what it is below is link to virustotal.com and i dont know what to do with it some antiviruses say its adware some say virus some say its clean can someone help me with it?? thanks also below is link for picture...
