Hi!, when connecting my laptop to my television and or monitor via HDMI cable, my picture is off center!? I've tried correcting this via tv menu settings and I am unable to adjust width, height, v position, h position etc. please help Same as desktop Gtx970 Vid card Vizio tv Windows 10
