    Can't choose factory reset on Samsung Galaxy tab 3

    Hi I am trying to factory reset my Samsung galaxy tab 3. The tablet will go into recovery mode but when I press volume down on the menu it skips down two options so I can't get it to highlight the option I need which is Wipe data/factory reset. Any suggestions?
