    I have this laptop and when I type certain numbers they are not visible on the screen? It says I have over a hundred updates that I need to install, it says successful when I do it but that notice doesn't go away? How do I update my computer to say windows 10?

    is this something I can replace myself, or should I have an expert do it?

    Toshiba satellite screen goes grey/white

    I have a toshiba satellite e55-a5114, sometimes the screen goes grey/white with lines goin through it. If I move the screen in either direction it fixes the problem for now. Any idea how to fix the problem?
