I have this laptop and when I type certain numbers they are not visible on the screen? It says I have over a hundred updates that I need to install, it says successful when I do it but that notice doesn't go away? How do I update my computer to say windows 10?

I have this laptop and it says I need to download x amount of updates, but when I do they do not? On the hp website how do I know which drivers I need to update? When I press some numbers (name 0 and 2) on my laptop they are not visible on the screen? How do I update my computer to windows 10?

HP lists that laptop as supporting only Windows 7. Generally all drivers should come from the laptop manufacturer.
