Check the keyboard, remove it and test your system, then if the problem solved by detaching it ,you will need to change the keyb oard .

Thanks so much my brother.the case is like this, it is an old laptop ,the battery is charging correctly reaching 100%, but would not hold for a second, I later replace the cells thinking probably it was faulty, then for the first time the system powered by the battery when l recovered it...

please , I have one Acer mini laptop, it will charge to 100% but when charger is unplugged the laptop will just switch off , help .
