what i dont understand is why i get such low fps and my brother with the same pc gets more fps than i do, but only on gta, could it be my thermal paste?

been absent so couldnt reply to you. but i do have a 6700HQ . my pc is not like that one for some reason. it also has 32gb of ram not 16. Im pretty sure i use the gtx 1070 to play gta. fivem is installed on my pc. and my internet connection is 200mb/s average with wifi
