    My Dell Inspirion 5000 laptop is stuck saying Preparing Auto Repair, and Diagnosing Your PC, cant fix it. HELP!!!

    Shrikanth, the Diagnostics test i ran said all was well. I ran it 3 times just to be sure. It is still stuck in the SAME LOOP. I Just bought this laptop for my Mom for Christmas 2014. Its only 2 months old, and hasnt been working properly for about a month. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    I tried to Restore the laptop to Factory settings bcuz it wasn't working properly, kicking out of internet, running down battery quickly, etc. Now its stuck in the loop of Preparing Auto Repair/Diagnosing your PC.Help!!!
