    Run a full scan with Malwarebytes and make sure "scan for rootkits" is enabled. You might have to uninstall Chrome. Maybe try using Firefox. Switch your DNS servers to OpenDNS 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 OpenDNS can "kill" the connection of the ransomware.
