I am on Windows 7. A few days ago I tried opening Chrome and it said that it wasn't responding. I tried multiple times, and then reinstalled it. I have reinstalled 4 times but this issue continues. How can I fix this?

What are you trying to do on it? There is so much and all of it is very different.
